We welcome last year's golfers to complete the registration form and submit it online.  This will help us to organize this year's tournament early. 

Please drop off payment or mail payment to Child and Family Services of Central Manitoba by June 30th, 2013

We welcome all our golfers back for another exciting Chance2Play tournament this year.  The date is set for July 19th, 2013.  With your help we are able to continue to help children participate in Hockey.
